How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed will take 1-2 weeks to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
